Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager – Property Development to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The Sales Manager will oversee sales initiatives for both development projects and brokerage services, contributing to ENG Properties' mission of delivering exceptional real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for property development and brokerage services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and property exhibitions.
  • Build relationships with investors, buyers, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales processes, ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Explore emerging markets and trends for new development and investment opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored property solutions.
  • Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable properties.
  • Ensure smooth transactions, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor individual and team targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Market Research and Analysis

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. A real estate certification is preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in real estate sales or property development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of property development, real estate brokerage, and the UAE market.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
