Job Purpose
To maximize the sales and profitability of the ENOC Auto Care Branch in terms of products and services.
Principal Accountabilities
1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
a. Promote integrity of the ENOC AUTO CARE name through honest and efficient service.
b. Ensure the quality of workmanship on all installation and services performed the first time.
c. Thoroughly explaining needed repairs to the customer so that he/she is clear on what we will do to his car.
d. Ensure prompt and efficient completion of all services as promised so as to conform to the standard vehicle delivery time.
e. Ensure prompt response and resolution complaint in order to manage customer satisfaction.
f. Initiating and monitoring of customer feedback so as to learn to rectify and adjust actions.
g. Selling the correct product for the job to prevent the notion of overselling.
h. Test drive the customer’s vehicle in order to assure that the vehicle’s problems have been addressed.
i. Assures that all Car protectors are installed before any work is done.

Minimum Requirements:

a) Diploma in Automobile up to College Graduate level. Graduate of Mechanical Engineering will be at an advantage.
b) Minimum of 3 year experience as Site manager of a car service shop.
c) Experienced in managing a minimum of 4 automotive servicing personnel for at least 2 year is required.
d) Experience in at least 2 in sales management is required.
e) Experience in at least 2 year Automotive shop marketing will be an advantage.
f) Highly analytical. Can properly analyze and present to his supervisor any issues and challenges he faces on site. And can present recommendations on how to rectify them.
g) Customer focused. With a great appreciation for customer service.
h) Good proficiency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an advantage but not required.
i) Highly computer proficient with skills in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
j) Required to get a UAE driver’s license.
