*. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support service
*. Good communication skill in English
*. MCSE / MCP / Comtia A+ / N+ certified
*. Thorough knowledge of Windows 11, Ms-Outlook, Data Backup, Antivirus Applications, Router configuration, Wireless Access Point configuration.

*. Basic knowledge of Fortigate Firewall, VPN, HyperV, MS SQL, Windows Active Directory, Group Policy Management.

Working Hours: 8AM to 5 PM / 9AM to 6 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Work Location: Dubai and Northern Emirates
