We're looking for an experienced Telecaller from banking, Insurance, business set ups, Telecom, and other sectors as well …. Who is passionate about customer service and acquisition and enjoys working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service and also conversion of leads to prospective sales to hand it over to the sales team .

1.Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services.
2.Input customer information into computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities
3.Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services
4.Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.
5.Take inbound, outbound, and blended calls, answer questions, and document activities in the CRM
6.Prepare and execute proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
7.Gather and document sales data, such as meetings and appointments, in CRM, including details of visitors and customers
