Customer Service Officer Required for a Swimming Pool and Landscaping Company in Dubai.

Looking for someone who is confident and capable in a Customer Service role, good written and spoken English, answering the phone and directing and coordinating between customers and our technicians and specialists.

Complaint handling will be a part of the role. As well as assisting other members of the team in management of issues, therefore good problem solving skills, confidence and the ability to act proactively are required.

Handling of spreadsheets and business trackers, also good note taking ability
