Job Title: Commission-based Freelancer - Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Marketing: Source leads and generate potential customer data through various channels, including referrals and personal visits. Promote our products effectively to identify potential customers.

Meetings: Contact key personnel like CEOs, Purchase Managers, or authorized individuals within retail businesses. Schedule and arrange meetings to discuss our products and services, with the aim of establishing new business partnerships.

Revenue/Collection: Achieve sales targets set by the company, including revenue generation and timely collection of payments. Skillfully negotiate and close deals.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record in outdoor sales, ideally within the readymade garment retail sector.

Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of the retail industry, particularly in readymade garments, and familiarity with business models and planning.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Existing connections within the retail groups (Specially 1 to 20 AED) Needed Must.

Target Orientation: Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets, emphasizing revenue generation and timely collections.

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey product information and negotiate deals.

Self-Motivated: A self-starter who takes initiative and works independently, driven to achieve results.

Commission-based: This role is purely commission-based, with no fixed salary. You will earn a percentage on collection which we received of the sales you generate.
