Our client, a leading mobility services group, is seeking a Training and Development Manager to support the design, implementation, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives across their operational teams — including sales, customer service, logistics, and warehouse departments.
Job Compensation Range The salary would be up to 16,000 AED depending on your experience.
Key Responsibilities Identify training needs across sales, customer service, and operations teams. Design and deliver learning programs that boost performance and service quality. Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments. Coach and guide team leaders and trainers to ensure consistent delivery. Track training effectiveness and suggest improvements based on performance data. Maintain training schedules, attendance, and learning records. Support the L&D Manager with execution of company-wide learning strategies. Coordinate with departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and standards.
About You Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).6+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in mobility, automotive, logistics, or retail/service industries. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, practical training programs for operational teams. Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e Learning tools is an advantage. Flexible and hands-on approach, with willingness to work across multiple sites when needed.
