We are looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Manager to join us on-site in Dubai. You’ll lead social media strategies, manage and grow accounts, create engaging content, coordinate with other teams, track analytics, and stay ahead of trends. You’ll also work on influencer collaborations and leverage AI tools like Chat GPT to produce standout content.
We are especially looking for candidates with previous experience in the fashion industry, preferably within premium or luxury brands. This background will help align with our creative direction and audience expectations.
A strong understanding of European market dynamics or similar cultural sensibilities will be considered an added value.

Minimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts Fashion industry or lifestyle brand background is highly preferred Strong skills in Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMO) Experience in influencer marketing & digital campaigns Excellent content strategy and communication skills Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite or similar) Comfortable using Chat GPT & other AI tools for content creation Basic photo & video editing skills (for quick reels / stories) Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies Familiarity with Meta & Google Ads is a plus Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
