About the Role We’re searching for an exceptional Sales Executive to drive growth at the very top of the luxury residential market. This is an opportunity for a polished, well-connected professional who excels at relationship-building, understands the expectations of premium clientele, and thrives in high-value environments. Smart home experience is welcome, but not essential. What truly sets candidates apart is a strong network within interior design, architecture, luxury property, or premium home-lifestyle sectors — along with the ability to open doors and gain trust quickly.
Responsibilities Cultivate and grow new business opportunities within Dubai’s luxury residential market, with projects across the UAE when appropriate. Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and high-net-worth private clients. Promote Redwood’s portfolio of luxury smart home and integrated technology solutions through meetings, presentations, and personalised outreach. Drive lead generation through networking, events, social presence, and personal relationships. Develop your own sales approach and strategy, supported by senior management and a dedicated solution consultant. Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver accurate proposals and ensure seamless client handovers. Maintain solid pipeline management and reporting.

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the UAE luxury residential market.

Required Skills Strong relationships within interior design, architecture, luxury real estate, or premium home product industries. A refined, service-focused approach suited to HNWI and VVIP clients. High integrity, confidence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply. A driven, entrepreneurial mindset — balanced with teamwork and professionalism. UAE driving licence.
Preferred Skills Exposure to smart home, AV, lighting control, or automation solutions. Experience with bespoke residential or ultra-luxury design brands.
Pay range and compensation package Competitive base salary. Uncapped commission. High-level benefits package. You’ll represent a premium brand, work alongside senior leadership, and engage directly with some of the most high-profile residential clients in the UAE.
