Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our contracting and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing construction sites, supervising day-to-day activities, and ensuring that all project specifications are met. The role requires proficiency in Auto CAD, along with strong leadership capabilities to effectively manage labor resources and maintain a smooth workflow on site. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, deadlines, and safety regulations. Oversee the daily operations, including site setup, material management, labor allocation, and task execution. Interpret construction plans and designs using Auto CAD to provide precise guidance and ensure alignment with project requirements. Coordinate and communicate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion. Monitor labor performance, control on-site workforce, and ensure efficient use of resources while adhering to project timelines. Conduct site inspections to ensure high-quality standards are maintained and any discrepancies are promptly addressed. Prepare daily reports on work progress, resource utilization, and any issues faced, reporting to higher management as required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the job site. Assist in resolving any unexpected technical challenges or issues that may arise during project execution. Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are met. Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience working as a Civil Site Engineer, ideally in contracting and maintenance. Proficiency in Auto CAD and other relevant software. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and direct labor on-site. Good problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Experience:Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in site supervision, labor management, and construction project management. Experience in contracting and maintenance work is highly preferred. Abu Dhabi municipality engineer license will be an added advantage Other Requirements:Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).
