Responsibilities:Develop and customize Odoo modules to fit the association's needs Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIsMaintain and improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues Contribute to process automation using AI tools
Requirements:✅ Hands-on experience in Odoo development (Python, XML, ORM, QWeb)✅ Strong, demonstrated proficiency with AI tools to accelerate and improve development (e.g. Claude, Chat GPT, Git Hub Copilot, or similar) — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have ✅ Prior Odoo and/or AI-related projects you can showcase are highly preferred ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently✅ Genuine interest in contributing to a charitable mission
