Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing marble production and installation projects from start to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end marble projects including cutting, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final project handover

• Utilize ERP system (Odoo) to manage project data, track materials, monitor progress, and generate reports .

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and ensure smooth workflow

• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

• Plan project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring efficient use of resources

• Monitor factory production progress and ensure deadlines are met

• Oversee procurement of materials and labor in coordination with relevant teams

• Supervise site installation activities, conduct regular inspections, and resolve technical issues

• Ensure quality control standards for marble finishing and installation

• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure proactive issue resolution

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors for updates, approvals, and overall stakeholder management

• Track project costs and control budget to avoid overruns

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements

• Manage contracts, handle project variations, claims, and related documentation

• Ensure project completion in line with agreed scope, quality standards, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in marble, stone, or construction industry

• Strong knowledge of marble types, cutting, polishing, and installation processes

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools

• UAE experience  (Mandatory)

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field. Experience Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in marble, granite, or natural stone factories/projects.
