المسؤوليات
الصيانة الوقائية:
§ وضع وتنفيذ خطة صيانة وقائية منتظمة وفي الوقت المناسب وفق سياسات وهيئات الصحة والرقابة الجودة واللوائح.
§ التأكد من أن جميع الآلات تخضع لصيانة وقائية مجدولة
تركيب الماكينة:
§ تركيب جميع المنتجات التي تم تدريبها عليها.
§ ترتيب متطلبات ما قبل التركيب للالتزام المجاني أو لتوريد الأدوات محلياً حسب الطلب.
§ ضمان التركيب الصحيح للماكينات لمنع أي مشاكل للعميل.
أعطال الماكينة:
§ اتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية في الوقت المناسب استجابةً لمكالمات العطل.
§ تنظيم تسليم الأجزاء الاحتياطية المستلمة بسرعة.
المبيعات:
§ الترويج وبيع عقود الخدمة لمنتجات متنوعة مُدارة.
§ تعزيز علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
§ تحقيق الهدف السنوي للإيرادات.
التطبيق:
§ تقديم الدعم لفنيي المختبر في أي مهام متعلقة بالتطبيق كما هو مطلوب.
التدريبات:
§ المشاركة في جلسات التدريب كما هو مقرر أو مطلوب.
الإدارية:
ضمان تقديم تقارير أسبوعية في الوقت المحدد.
مساعدة منسق الخدمة في إعداد وثائق الصحة والرقابة الجودة للتركيبات الجديدة.
الحفاظ على وتحديث قاعدة بيانات الأجهزة.
التعاون مع فريق المبيعات لتوفير المعلومات الفنية وتنسيق زيارات ما قبل التركيب في الموقع.
مشاركة العملاء المحتملين أو المعلومات ذات الصلة مع فريق المبيعات.

Roles & Responsibilities
Job Brief:The scope of work for a Service Engineer involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, troubleshoot issues ensuring efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Preventive Maintenance:
§ Develop and implement a regular and timely preventive maintenance plan in accordance with Health Authority and Quality Control policies and regulations.
§ Ensure that all machines undergo scheduled preventive maintenance
Machine Installation:
§ Installation of all the products trained on.
§ Arrange pre-installation requirements for free commitment or local supply of Instrument ordered.
§ Ensure proper installation of machines to prevent any issues for the customer.
Machine Breakdowns:
§ Perform timely corrective actions in response to breakdown calls.
§ Coordinate the prompt delivery of received spare parts.
Sales:
§ Promote and sell service contracts for various products managed.
§ Foster strong customer relationships.
§ Meet the annual revenue target.
Application:
§ Provide support to Lab Technicians with any application-related tasks as required.
Trainings:
§ Participate in training sessions as scheduled or required.
Administrative:
Ensure the timely submission of weekly reports.
Assist the service coordinator in preparing Health Authority and Quality Control documentation for new installations.
Maintain and update the instrument database.
Collaborate with the Sales team to provide technical information and coordinate pre-installation site visits.
Share relevant sales leads or information with the Sales team.

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Job Specific Skills: Hands-on experience with Labratory equipment, Strong exposure to areas such as Histopathology, Microbiology, or Molecular Diagnostics, Strong IT troubleshooting skills for Labratory equipment, Servicing, Maintenance, Time Management
Experience: 3+ years of experience
