الدور:
الإشراف على عمليات الترويج في قسم المبيعات لتحقيق معايير الترويج الخاصة بالشركة من خلال تنفيذ وصيانة سياسة الترويج وخطة العرض في جميع قنوات التجارة.
لكي تكون ناجحاً في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك ما يلي:
- دبلوم كلية.
- خبرة إشراف لمدة سنتين في بيئة مبيعات مركبة (van) سلع استهلاكية مماثلة.
- القدرة على التحدث والكتابة والقراءة بالإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- رخصة قيادة.
- الكفاءات مثل: التخطيط والتنظيم؛ إدارة الوقت؛ المزاج الجيد؛ الاستماع الفعّال؛ علاقات/ تركيز العملاء؛ المعرفة بعروض/خطة العرض؛ إدارة مساحة الرفوف؛ الإبلاغ والتغذية الراجعة.

The Role:
To supervise merchandising operation in sales division to achieve company Merchandising standards by implementing & maintaining the company merchandising policy & Planogram in all trade channels.
To be successful in this role, you must have the following:
- College diploma.
- 2 years supervisory experience in similar FMCG van sales environment.
- Ability to speak, write and read English fluently.
- Driving license.
- Competencies such as; Planning & organizing skills; Time management; Good temperament; Active listening; Customer relation/ focus; Knowledge of displays/ Planogram; Shelf space management; Reporting & feedback.
