الهدف الوظيفي
- تقديم الخبرة الفنية في جميع تصميمات الكهرباء
- التأكد من الامتثال للتصميم والهندسة مع الأكواد ذات الصلة ومعايير أدنوك
- تنسيق ومراقبة والتعامل مع التصميم والهندسة الكهربائية مع مقاول EPC وفقاً لتوقعات المشروع وإكمالها خلال الإطار الزمني
- العمل مع مهندسي تخصصات أخرى ضمن IPMT، مقاول EPC، هندسة/تشغيل/واجهة الموقع في ADNOC لحل القضايا الفنية وضمان تنفيذ وهندسة التخصص وجودة وموثوقية الهندسة وغيرها
- إجراء مراجعات فنية منتظمة وفي الوقت المناسب للمخرجات الهندسية الكهربائية التي وضعها مستشارو/مقاولو الهندسة، مع التأكد من جودة التصميم بما يتوافق مع الأكواد والمعايير ذات الصلة وأفضل الممارسات
المسؤوليات
- ضمان اندماج الهندسة الكهربائية الشاملة. التنسيق الكلي ضمن فريق الهندسة الكهربائية IPMT
- ضمان جودة ودقة تصميم الهندسة الكهربائية للمستشارين والمقاول EPC
- مراجعة واعتماد أعمال المستشار الهندسي ومقاول EPC والتأكد من الامتثال لمواصفات مشروع ADNOC، الأكواد والمعايير ذات الصلة، وأفضل ممارسات الصناعة
- تنسيق المشاركة الهندسية المطلوبة في تطوير وتحليل خيارات التصميم المختلفة ونماذج الأعمال. المساهمة بالمدخلات والخبرة في التطوير والتحليل لخيارات التصميم ونماذج الأعمال لتحسين التصميم والتحقق.
- المشاركة في فرق لاختيار المعدات / تحديد المعدات مع مراعاة التحسين والتوحيد القياسي.
- التأكد من تصميم المنشآت وفق أحدث الإرشادات المؤسسية فيما يتعلق بالبيئة والصحة.
- الاستفادة القصوى من المنشآت الموجودة مع تحسين المنشآت المطلوبة للمشاريع الجديدة.
- المشاركة في مراجعات التخطيط، ومراجعة النماذج، ومراجعات التصميم، وورش العمل الفنية.
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية والتنسيق مع مهندسي التخصصات الأخرى.
- تنسيق المراجعات الفنية وتقييم العطاءات وتقييم الأداء.
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية أثناء التركيب، ما قبل التشغيل والتشغيل
- التقرير إلى قائد فريق تخصص ADNOC، مدير الهندسة، وتقديم الدعم لمديري المشروع والمهندسين ضمن فريق إدارة المشروع التنظيمي
- التواصل مع المدراء وقادة الفرق والمهندسين في أقسام الشركة الفنية ووحدات الأعمال وعمليات الوحدة وللدائرة اللوجستية
- التواصل بانتظام مع فريق الهندسة وإدارة المشروع لدى المقاول والمهندسين بالتخصص حسب الحاجة

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية
- خبرة ذات صلة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في صناعة النفط والغاز
- مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي الممتازة

Job description
Job Objective
- Provide technical expertise in all Electrical design
- Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
- Coordinate, Monitor and handle Electrical design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
- Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.
- Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Electrical Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integration of overall Electrical Engineering. Overall coordination within IPMT Electrical Engineering Team
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Engineering Consultant’s & EPC Contractor’s Electrical Engineering design activities
- Review and approval of Engineering Consultant's and EPC Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with ADNOC project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and best industry practices
- Coordinate the required engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to design optimization and validation.
- Participate in teams for equipment sizing / equipment selection considering optimization and standardization.
- Ensure that the facilities are designed in accordance with the latest corporate guidelines with respect to environment and health aspects.
- Ensure full utilization of the existing facilities while optimizing the facilities required for the new projects.
- Participate in layout reviews, Model review, design reviews, and technical workshops.
- Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers.
- Coordinate technical reviews and bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.
- Provide technical assistance during installation, pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Report to ADNOC Discipline Team Leader, Engineering Manager, and provide support to Project Managers and Engineers within the Project Management Team organization
- Interface with Managers, Team Leaders and Engineers in Company's Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations Units, and Logistics Department
- Interface regularly with Contractor’s Engineering and Project Management team and discipline engineers as and when required

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent technical team and interpersonal skills
- Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards
- Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software
- Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
