We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our execution team. If you have an eye for precision, extensive experience with high-end luxury finishes, and a dedication to flawless craftsmanship, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Prepare walls, ceilings, and other surfaces thoroughly by scraping, sanding, removing old paint, filling cracks or holes with putty, and applying primers. Application: Apply paint, varnish, stains, and special coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment, ensuring uniform coverage and a clean finish. Specialized Finishes: Execute high-end decorative finishes, including stucco, texture painting, velvet finishes, metallic coatings, and seamless challenges on gypsum or plaster walls. Color Matching: Mix and match paints or pigments accurately to achieve specific color tones and textures required by the interior design plan. Protection & Cleanliness: Protect floors, furniture, and adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape before painting, ensuring no paint drips or stains are left behind. Material Efficiency: Estimate material requirements accurately to minimize wastage while maintaining a consistent and professional quality of work. Site Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workstation and adhere strictly to all site health and safety guidelines, including the proper handling and ventilation of chemicals.
Qualifications & Requirements Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in utilizing various hand and power tools required for painting, including airless sprayers, sanders, scrapers, and rollers. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional precision in checking for smooth surfaces, clean edges, crisp lines, and uniform color application for a luxury finish. Drawings: Ability to read and understand interior design specifications and color schedules without constant supervision. Language: Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Urdu to coordinate effectively with the site foreman and engineers. Availability: Candidates currently residing in the UAE who are available to start quickly will be given preference.
