Role Description The Pipeline Foreman role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Pipeline Foreman oversees daily pipeline construction and maintenance activities, including planning work sequences, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery. This role coordinates crews, manages heavy equipment usage, and ensures adherence to technical specifications, safety regulations, and DEWA,DM, RTA, etc requirements. The Pipeline Foreman also inspects work sites, identifies and resolves issues, maintains accurate records, and communicates effectively with project engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. The position requires active participation in toolbox talks, enforcement of health and safety standards, and mentoring team members to uphold BAM’s performance and quality expectations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, task allocation, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess experience with heavy equipment operations related to pipeline installation, excavation, and site preparation. Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills for interacting with crews, engineers, clients, and subcontractors. Candidates should possess practical skills in carpentry and general construction relevant to pipeline chambers, supports, and related structures. Candidates should possess maintenance knowledge for pipeline systems, valves, fittings, and associated infrastructure. Relevant experience in pipeline construction or infrastructure projects, preferably within the UAE and under DEWA, DM, RTA, etc. standards. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and the ability to enforce safe work practices on site. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work plans. Minimum of a high school diploma or technical/vocational certification in civil, mechanical, or related fields; additional foreman or site supervision training is an advantage. Proven ability to work in outdoor, physically demanding environments and adapt to changing site conditions and project priorities.
