Position: Medical Specialist

Compensation: $20 - $40/hour

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Provide original, expert-authored medical documents for AI training purposes. Submit materials demonstrating depth in medical writing, including case reports and clinical documentation. Ensure documents are rich in multimodal content, featuring text, tables, charts, and diagrams. Apply professional judgment to maintain confidentiality and de-identify sensitive information. Curate a range of document lengths to support diverse training scenarios. Collaborate remotely with the micro1 platform as a valued contributor.

Requirements

Advanced training or credentials in medicine, healthcare, or clinical research (MD, DO, PhD, RN, etc.). Extensive experience in creating high-quality medical documentation and technical reports. Strong understanding of patient confidentiality and data de-identification. Proven ability to convey complex medical information clearly in written and verbal communication. Experience with multimodal documentation, integrating figures and structured data.
