Job Description
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer to ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards across the organization. The role focuses on quality assurance, ISO management systems, audits, ESG reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Internal & External Audits

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across all departments and branches.

• Manage external certification, surveillance, and customer audits.

• Coordinate audit schedules, findings, corrective actions, and closure.

• Monitor audit KPIs and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.

• Act as the company's focal point for certification bodies and regulatory audits.

ISO Management Systems

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.

• Develop, review, and update policies, procedures, work instructions, process maps, and controlled documents.

• Monitor compliance across all company branches.

  
  

  Quality Assurance

• Perform quality inspections on finished products before dispatch.

• Conduct incoming material inspections and report non-conformities.

• Investigate customer complaints and quality issues using root cause analysis.

• Identify process improvements to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

  
  

  ESG & Sustainability

• Coordinate ESG data collection from all company branches and departments and prepare ESG reports.

• Support the preparation of the company's Sustainability/ESG Report in accordance with GRI and other applicable reporting frameworks.

• Track ESG KPIs and recommend improvement initiatives.

  
  

  Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments to improve quality, safety, and environmental performance.

• Liaise with certification bodies, regulatory authorities, customers, and third-party inspection agencies.

• Deliver QHSE induction training, toolbox talks, and internal awareness sessions.

• Risk Management and Training and Awareness

• Conduct operational risk assessments. and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

• 5-8 years of QHSE experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.

• Experience with ISO certification systems, internal/external audits, quality assurance, risk management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement.

• Experience in ESG data collection and sustainability reporting is an advantage.
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

• Excellent auditing, report writing, analytical, root cause analysis, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong data analysis and reporting.
