About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Estimator & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & BOQs: Prepare detailed project cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and budgets based on project drawings and requirements.
• Drawing & Design: Interpret technical blueprints and prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD for project fabrication and execution.
• Sales & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting project proposals and cost breakdowns clearly to ensure project alignment.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Coordinate with material suppliers and contractors to secure competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of project materials.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, variations, and project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Coordinator within the Interior Fit-out or Carpentry sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to negotiate and coordinate effectively with clients and site teams.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
