Role - System Analyst (Emirati Talent) Location - Dubai
The role contributes by designing, operating, securing, and continuously improvingenterprise Information Technology (IT) systems that support critical businessoperations, cybersecurity resilience, and service continuity.
Key Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field• 5-6 years of experience managing enterprise on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Hybrid Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Entra ID• Experience with ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management• Exposure to information security, compliance, and governance frameworks (ISO 27001 preferred)• Hands-on experience with HPE servers, storage platforms, backup, and disaster recovery solutions• Knowledge of endpoint management, security platforms, and patch management tools• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
