• Civil Construction Engineer

Responsible for the construction management and technical coordination of civil works for villa construction projects.

Prepare and review construction plans, method statements, shop drawings and other technical documents.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and other project departments to ensure smooth construction progress.

Monitor construction quality, progress and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Review quantities, coordinate material requirements and support the preparation of construction records and reports.

Identify construction issues and coordinate solutions in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, project requirements and company procedures.

Civil Foreman

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.

• Organize workers and subcontractors to carry out construction according to drawings and construction schedules.

• Supervise concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and other civil works.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction quality meets project requirements.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for daily construction activities.

• Report daily construction progress and site issues to the project management team.

• Ensure safe working practices and maintain good housekeeping on site.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in villa or residential projects in the UAE or GCC region.

• Candidates with strong site experience may be considered for the Civil Foreman position.

• Candidates with an engineering degree and strong technical and site management capabilities may be considered for the Civil Construction Engineer position.

• Familiar with civil construction methods, drawings, specifications and quality requirements. Experience in villa construction, residential projects or building construction is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage site activities.

• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations is an advantage.
