A Construction Specialist Lifting Operations is a senior site role responsible for leading safe crane and lifting operations, developing lifting plans, and managing subcontractors to meet project schedules and safety standards

Qualification & Experience Required

An Engineering Degree from any recognized university. Minimum 17+ years of experience in which at least 5-10 years in the oil and gas industry on similar role.experience in construction, specifically in crane management, rigging, and heavy lifting. Certification in Lifting Supervision such as LEEA. Strong knowledge of crane safe working loads (SWL), lifting gear maintenance, and lifting regulations. Have an extensive lifting and Rigging International Standards knowledge like ASME, OHSA and LOLER Regulations. Must have working knowledge and interpretation skills of lifting drawing and calculations and provide guidance to subcontractors. Capable of reviewing and approving lift plans/studies, rigging & lifting procedures. Also, able to generate project lifting & rigging procedures when necessary. Have general knowledge in the inspection of lifting gears and equipment like overhead cranes, gantry, davit arms winches and others. Previous experience in the ADNOC project
