Role Description
The Automotive Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The primary responsibility of this role is to bring new customers to the workshop by utilizing an existing customer portfolio and professional network within the UAE automotive industry.
The successful candidate will:
Develop new business opportunities. Bring individual and corporate customers to the workshop. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. Represent MCNX Garage professionally and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of UAE automotive industry experience. Existing customer portfolio and strong network in the UAE. Proven ability to generate new business and increase revenue. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
