International Energy Resources is seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Odoo development expertise with a solid understanding of ERP business processes and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical business solutions. As part of our digital transformation journey, you will play a key role in enhancing our Odoo ERP platform, supporting business process improvements, leading system integrations, and preparing the organization for the UAE's upcoming e-Invoicing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical ERP solutions.

• Configure, customize, and develop Odoo modules across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing.

• Lead and support the implementation of UAE e-Invoicing requirements, including system integrations and regulatory compliance.

• Develop and maintain custom Odoo applications using Python.

• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems, APIs, and business applications.

• Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployments, and user training.

• Collaborate with business users to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing technical and functional support.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience with UAE e-Invoicing, VAT compliance, ERP integrations is a strong advantage.

2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP development and techno-functional consulting.

4. Strong experience with Odoo v17+ and Python.

5. Good understanding of Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain processes.

6. Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and business process mapping.
