Oracle Fusion Cloud Program Manager / Director is required ASAP by our global client
CONTRACT ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation Manager / Programme Director to kick off a major new project based in Dubai. Operating at CxO level, this leadership role bridges the gap between institutional business strategy and complex cloud delivery.
Core Responsibilities Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define the program strategy, governance frameworks, and migration lifecycles for complex Oracle Fusion initiatives Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for CxO-level clients and internal Oracle steering committees Financial Accountabilities: Direct the overall program budget, monitor ROI, track profitability metrics, and optimize resource allocations. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Oversee globally distributed delivery teams consisting of functional consultants, integration specialists, and technical architects Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify delivery roadblocks, address data migration challenges, and orchestrate upgrade-safe application timelines. Required Technical Skills Oracle Fusion Applications: Master-level knowledge of enterprise portfolios including ERP (Finance), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Cloud Architecture & Integrations: Strong familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Platform as a Service (Paa S), Software as a Service (Saa S), and custom REST APIs. Data Migration Methodologies: Proven background overseeing the complex extraction, validation, and loading of public or private sector enterprise data. Reporting Frameworks: Strategic understanding of underlying technologies like Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) to support business intelligence delivery.
Essential previous experience must include Minimum of 10 to 15+ years of total IT delivery experience, with at least 5+ years dedicated exclusively to directing complex Oracle Cloud programs. Outstanding track record delivering major Oracle implementations Proven track record of delivery and longevity in previous assignments Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration. Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP certifications are highly valued. Experience implementing systems for UAE clients / or large regional conglomerates is highly preferred. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; bilingual proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous
