We are establishing a modern plastic packaging factory in Dubai, focused on high-quality industrial and agricultural packaging products. We are seeking an experienced Production or Plant Manager to lead factory setup, production operations, quality control, maintenance, and team management. Responsibilities include setting up and commissioning the plant, managing daily production targets, overseeing machine installation and maintenance, ensuring product quality and safety standards, recruiting and training supervisors and machine operators, coordinating with procurement and sales, and reporting production KPIs. Requirements include a degree or diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering or related field,10 plus years in plastic manufacturing, 5 plus in a managerial role, hands-on experience with extrusion or injection molding, strong leadership skills.
