We are seeking a strategic, growth-minded sales executive to acquire enterprise clients, drive revenue growth, and lead key account expansion across the Middle East. Key Responsibilities???? Enterprise Sales: Drive end-to-end sales for Software Testing & Quality Engineering Services across UAE & GCC markets.???? Executive Relationship Management: Build and manage C-level relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of QA, Digital Transformation Leaders).???? Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the complete sales journey—from hunting and lead generation to contract negotiations and closing.???? RFP & Solution Strategy: Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to manage RFPs, pitch winning solutions, and structure commercial proposals.???? Revenue & Expansion: Consistently hit revenue targets while scaling existing enterprise accounts. Preferred Expertise We are looking for candidates with experience selling solutions across:Software Testing & Quality Engineering (QE) Managed Testing Services & QA Transformation Digital Assurance, Test Automation & AI-Driven Testing Performance, Mobile/Web Application, API, and Security Testing Ideal Candidate Profile15+ years of enterprise IT / Testing Services sales experience. Strong, pre-existing network within UAE/GCC enterprise accounts. Proven track record in enterprise hunting and high-value account management.
