Role Description The Senior Clinical Psychologist will provide on-site psychological services to professionals working in social environments at in Sharjah. This full-time role includes conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, delivering individual and group therapy, and developing evidence-based intervention plans to support mental health, resilience, and performance. The role involves collaborating with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams to design and implement wellness programs, stress management initiatives, and crisis response protocols tailored to social workplaces. The Senior Clinical Psychologist will maintain rigorous documentation, ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and contribute to internal training on topics such as burnout prevention, psychological safety, and supportive leadership practices. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring outcomes, refining programs based on data, and offering consultation on complex cases and organizational mental health strategies. Qualifications Clinical practice skills, including psychological assessment, diagnosis, individual and group psychotherapy, and treatment planning. Expertise in evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care, stress and anxiety management, performance psychology) appropriate for adult professionals. Experience in occupational or organizational psychology, with the ability to design and evaluate workplace mental health and wellness programs. Strong consultation and collaboration skills for partnering with leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams in high-demand work environments. Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, handling confidential information, and complying with ethical and regulatory standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders. Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid licensure/registration as a clinical psychologist in relevant jurisdiction. Previous experience in corporate, healthcare, or high-pressure operational settings; familiarity with supply chain or technology sectors is an advantage. Demonstrated capacity to work on-site full time in Sharjah, manage a steady caseload, and adapt to evolving organizational needs.
