We are currently assisting an Abu Dhabi investment firm that is expanding its internal technical capabilities, focusing on the practical application of AI within their data workflows. This fully remote role is about ensuring that information moves correctly through their systems without getting stuck in manual backlogs.
About the role
As an AI Operations Assistant, you will be on the front lines of maintaining system integrity. When automated tools are introduced to complex financial environments, the data often hits roadblocks that require human eyes to resolve. You will help bridge the gap between high-level AI tools and the actual logs where the work happens. Your focus will be on the technical reality of how data is routed, ensuring the source of truth remains accurate across all platforms. This is a junior role designed for someone who is organized and enjoys the process of untangling messy information flows.

What you will be doing Monitor automated routing rules to ensure data is reaching the correct destination. Review daily logs to identify where AI-driven processes have stalled or failed. Perform routine reconciliation tasks to verify that system outputs match the source files. Draft and update standard operating procedures as we modify how the client uses their tools. Assist in clearing backlogs of data that require manual categorization or verification. Document specific friction points in the workflow to help the technical team implement permanent fixes. Verify that internal databases stay synced during system updates and migrations.

What we need from you A high level of comfort with digital tools and the ability to learn new software quickly. Exceptional attention to detail, especially when reviewing long lists of entries or logs. Clear writing skills that allow you to explain technical issues without using jargon. Basic familiarity with how data is organized, such as in spreadsheets or simple databases. A preference for solving concrete problems rather than discussing abstract ideas. The ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while staying connected through written updates. Willingness to trace an error back to its source, even if it takes several steps.

Helpful background Previous experience in a role that required high accuracy, such as data entry or administrative support. A basic understanding of how APIs or automated workflows function at a high level. Exposure to financial software or investment reporting tools in a classroom or work setting.
