Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Performance Lead to drive operational excellence, performance governance, and strategic execution across enterprise IT operations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between operational delivery teams and executive leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, governance of vendors and software licensing, portfolio oversight, and continuous process improvement through automation. This role is ideal for professionals with strong PMO, IT Operations, reporting, and governance experience gained within large enterprises or government organizations
Skills Required Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.8+ years of experience in IT Operations, PMO, IT Governance, Performance Management, or Operations Excellence. Strong experience in operational reporting, KPI management, and executive dashboards. Experience managing vendor governance, software licensing, and financial oversight. Strong understanding of portfolio management, PMO governance, and strategic planning. Experience in process automation and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience working in government entities or large enterprise environments is highly preferred
