Required Technical Skill Set:
Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud Implementation/Transformation and hands-on production support Strong functional knowledge of Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Contracts Configuration of Project Types, Project Templates, Burden Cost structures, and Costing/Rate rules Integration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets) Experience with Resource Management and Task Management modules Knowledge of Capital Project Management and Asset Capitalization process Hands-on configuration of Project Contracts, Billing (Invoicing) and Revenue Recognition methods Experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and REST/SOAP APIs for data migration and integrations Knowledge of Project Performance Reporting and OTBI/BIP dashboards Troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support experience.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have:
Hands-on experience in EPC Industries. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle PPM Cloud, covering the complete project lifecycle from creation, budgeting and forecasting through costing, billing, and closure. Strong hands-on experience configuring Burden Cost structures, Costing/Rate rules, and integration with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR). Strong experience in Project Contracts configuration, including billing methods, revenue recognition, and invoicing. Good understanding of Resource Management and Task Management within Oracle PPM Cloud. Strong experience in creating and managing knowledge repositories and configuration documentation.

Integration experience with external applications and third-party systems Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Hands-on experience developing OTBI reports and BI Publisher (BIP) reports, Data Models, Templates, and Bursting functionality Working knowledge of Grants Management.
