تشغيل المصنع كما هو مُ instructed لضمان توليد وتوزيع القدرة الكهربائية بأمان وكفاءة وفق الخطة التشغيلية اليومية لتلبية احتياجات التشغيل الكفؤ ومتطلبات الشبكة الموثوقة لمجمّع المصهر والعملاء من الطرف الثالث (عند الاقتضاء)
مراقبة معايير تشغيل توربينات الغاز، ومولدات الحرارة الغازية (HRSG) وتوربينات البخار والتأكد من أقصى إنتاج للبخار.
التحكم والمساعدة في جمع بيانات تشغيل دقيقة وموثوقة من أجل متابعة الأداء مقابل الهدف وفواتير دقيقة للعملاء من الطرف الثالث. إجراء حسابات تشغيلية روتينية فيما يتعلق بالكفاءة ومستوى الأعطال الكهربائية، للموافقة على مستوى أعلى.
بدء التشغيل وإيقاف تشغيل أجهزة ومعدات المصنع المختلفة وفق تعليمات مهندس غرفة التحكم/مشرف النظام.
مراقبة حالة النظام الكلية في جميع الأوقات، أي نظام الغاز، ونظام البخار، ونظام الهواء المضغوط، ونظام الوقود، إلخ.
الإبلاغ عن إنذارات درجات الحرارة، وإنذارات الاهتزاز، وأي إنذارات ذات صلة بالتشغيل.
مراقبة استهلاك الوقود والتردد والجهد والتيار لعمل تشغيلي صحيح للطاقة والمسبك.
التأكد من تنفيذ الروتينات التشغيلية على نحو فوري.
التواصل مع المشغلين الميدانيين المعنيين، ومهندس غرفة التحكم/مراقب النظام والمشرف لأي شذوذ في المصنع لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
تدريب مرؤوسيه حسب الحاجة لتحقيق أهداف القسم.
رفع طلبات العمل وطلبات التخزين كما يلزم من قبل مهندس غرفة التحكم/مشرف النظام/مشرف الدوام.
التأكد من أن تشغيل المصنع لا يخلق حوادث بيئية في منطقة مصنعه، لتقليل النفايات وضمان الامتثال القانوني في جميع الأوقات
للمشاركة في برنامج الاقتراحات والتحقق من الاقتراحات المطروحة أحياناً من أجل قيادة التحسين المستمر.

أدنى المؤهلات:
دبلوم في الكهرباء، الميكانيكا أو مجال هندسي ذو صلة
الخبرة الدنيا:
5 سنوات خبرة في صناعة الطاقة أو التصنيع.
المهارات:
الإتقان في تطبيقات الحاسوب مع التركيز على مستوى متقدم في مايكروسوفت إكسل وبرمجة فيجوال بيسك أمر ضروري.
Operate the plant as instructed to ensure electrical power is safely and efficiently generated and distributed to the daily operational plan in order to meet the efficient operating needs and reliable network requirements of the Smelter Complex’s and 3rd party customers (as applicable)
Observe Gas Turbines, HRSG's and Steam Turbines operating parameters and ensures maximum steam generation.
Control and assist in the collection of accurate and reliable operational data in order to monitor performance against target and accurate invoices to 3rd party customers. Perform routine operational calculations with respect to efficiency and electrical fault level calculations, for approval at a higher level.
Initiate start-up, shut down of various plant and equipment to Control Room Engineer’s/System Controllers instructions.
Monitor total system condition at all times, i.e. gas system, steam system, compressed air system, fuel system etc.
Report temperature alarms, vibration alarms, any alarms pertinent to Operation.
Observe fuel consumption, frequency, voltage and current for proper Power and Smelter operation.
Ensure operational routines are performed promptly.
Communicate with the respective field operators, Control Room Engineer/System Controller and Supervisor for any abnormalities in the plant for corrective action.
Train his subordinates as required to meet departmental objectives.
Raise work requests and store requests as required by the Control Room Engineer/System Controller/Supervisor/Shift Charge Engineer.
Ensure plant operation does not create environmental incidents in his plant area, to reduce waste and ensure legal compliance at all times
To participate in the Suggestion Scheme and occasionally verify suggestions put forward in order to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering field
Minimum Experience:
5 years working experience in Power or Manufacturing industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in Computer Applications with emphasis on Microsoft Excel Advance Level and Visual Basic programming is a must.
