• Knowledge of secure smart contract review and governance practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in blockchain, DLT, and digital asset technologies.

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions.

• Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

  • Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)

  • Permissioned and public blockchain models

  • Consensus mechanisms

  • Node architecture

  • Smart contracts

  • Tokenization frameworks

  • Wallet and custody architecture

  • Key management

• Strong experience with:

  • Hyperledger Fabric

  • Enterprise blockchain frameworks and related components

• Experience with:

  • Smart contract design and development

  • Digital asset platforms

  • Blockchain network architecture

  • API and middleware integration

  • Security controls for DLT solutions

  • Reconciliation and transaction lifecycle design

Security, Wallet & Custody

• Good understanding of:

  • Multi-Party Computation (MPC)

  • Hardware Security Modules (HSM)

  • Private key management

  • Transaction signing workflows

  • Institutional wallet controls

  • Multi-level approval workflows

  • Disaster recovery and operational resilience

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

2. Master's degree is an advantage.

3. Relevant blockchain certifications are preferred.

4. Cloud and security certifications are a plus.
