Job Description – Executive Manager - AI-Cyber Technical Lead
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager / Squad Cyber Technical Lead to lead our Cyber Security Engineering function. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise-wide security initiatives across Application Security, Dev Sec Ops, Cloud Security, and AI Security, ensuring secure software development, cloud infrastructure protection, and compliance with regulatory and industry security standards.
Key Responsibilities Lead Cyber Security Engineering and Dev Sec Ops initiatives across the organization. Embed security into the Software Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines. Drive Application Security programs, including SAST, DAST, SCA, threat modeling, and vulnerability management. Design and implement security controls for Azure and AWS cloud environments. Establish AI Security and Governance frameworks aligned with industry standards such as NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001. Manage enterprise security tools including Sonar Qube, Snyk, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, AWS Security Hub, Service Now IRM, and similar platforms. Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Risk, and Compliance teams to deliver secure technology solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support security audits. Mentor and lead Cyber Security Engineering teams while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 12 years in Cyber Security. Strong experience in Cyber Security Engineering, Dev Sec Ops, Application Security, and Cloud Security. Hands-on expertise with Azure and AWS security. Experience implementing Secure SDLC and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of security architecture, vulnerability management, API security, container security, and Kubernetes security. Exposure to AI/LLM Security and AI Governance is highly preferred. Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industry experience is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
