The ideal candidate will come from a background in banking, mortgage advisory, or financial consulting, and possess a thorough understanding of the UAE mortgage market. Key Responsibilities:Provide professional mortgage advice to clients and assist them throughout the loan application and approval process. Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, and agents. Analyze clients’ financial situations and structure mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. Negotiate terms with lenders to secure the best possible mortgage products and rates. Stay updated with market trends, new mortgage products, and banking regulations to ensure clients receive accurate and up-to-date advice. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships. Contribute to building and streamlining internal processes as the company expands its mortgage division.
Requirements:Proven experience in mortgage brokerage, retail banking, or financial consultancy within the UAE. In-depth understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and bank lending criteria. Strong existing network or working relationships with UAE banks is highly preferred. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Fluency in English and other languages are an advantage Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious to take on leadership responsibilities and eventually manage a team.
