You Will Be Responsible For: Portfolio Strategy & Planning Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs. Define and manage the Joints and MITEK product roadmap, including new product development and lifecycle management. Market & Customer Insights Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and unmet needs. Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare professionals to validate product concepts and positioning. Product Development & Launch Lead cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Clinical, Sales) through product development phases. • Strong understanding of Orthopaedics procedures and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for customer visits, conferences, and field support.
