Engineering Coordinator (Emiratization Program)

We have a great opportunity for Engineering Coordinator under the Emiratization Program. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the successful operation of the department and maximize guest satisfaction by keeping all systems running smoothly.

What will you do?

• Provides support to the Engineering Division by managing project logistics, documentation, and communication.
• Ensures projects run smoothly by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Specific duties may include preparing reports, managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with brand standards, service behaviors, and governmental regulations.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Attend meetings, daily briefings and training sessions as well as any hotel related activities.
• Acquire a working knowledge of hotel, in-house facilities and local information to respond to guest questions in these areas.
• Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within Occupational Health and Safety policies and guidelines.
• Ensure property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and adhere to the rules and regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy.
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism.
• Work with hotel colleagues and guests to keep the brand excellent service standards.
• Empathetically listen to client queries/complaints and work with colleagues/service manager to find solutions.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.
