We're Hiring | Consultant Pediatric Radiotherapist Location: Dubai Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Pediatric Radiotherapist to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai.
The successful candidate will provide specialized radiation oncology care to pediatric patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered treatment.
Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage pediatric patients requiring radiation therapy.
Develop individualized radiation treatment plans based on diagnosis, staging, and clinical requirements.
Coordinate care with pediatric oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, physicists, and other specialists.
Monitor patients throughout treatment and manage treatment-related complications and side effects.
Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and treatment-planning meetings.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
Ensure accurate documentation of consultations, treatment plans, and clinical progress.
Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards, clinical protocols, and UAE healthcare regulations.
Contribute to clinical audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and professional education.

Qualifications Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Recognized postgraduate qualification in Radiation Oncology/Radiotherapy or an equivalent specialty.
Relevant experience in pediatric radiation oncology .
Valid professional license/eligibility or eligibility to obtain DHA licensing in Dubai.
Relevant post-specialization experience as required under UAE PQR guidelines.
Strong clinical judgment and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with children and their families.
