Health Club Coordinator (Emiratisation Program)

Health Club and Recreation, Shangri-La Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi

We have a great opportunity for a Health Club Coordinator to join our Health Club and Recreation team. The successful applicant shall be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Health Club and Recreation, providing excellent guest / customer service, and supporting both guests and our colleagues.

What will you do?

• Handle reservations, manage the front desk, provides customer service, and maintains the spa's cleanliness and organization.
• Play a role in inventory management, promotes health club services, and potentially assist with financial tasks.
• To ensure smooth administration of Health Club to the standard required by the Hotel
• To coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and other assigned administrative duties
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service always.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To ensure that an efficient and accurate filling system, both manual as well as electronically is always maintained
