Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising waterproofing works, coordinating with site teams and contractors, ensuring proper application of waterproofing systems, and maintaining project quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor waterproofing works at project sites.

• Inspect surfaces and ensure proper preparation before waterproofing application.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, site engineers, and workers.

• Ensure waterproofing materials are applied according to technical specifications and manufacturer recommendations.

• Conduct site inspections and identify defects, leakage, or application issues.

• Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and work progress updates.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Provide technical support and recommend suitable waterproofing systems for different applications.

• Coordinate material requirements with the sales/procurement team.

• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues related to waterproofing.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction or a related field.

• 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in waterproofing or construction.

• Good knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, and application methods.

• Experience with PU, cementitious, bituminous, acrylic, epoxy, and other waterproofing systems is an advantage.

• Ability to read drawings and understand project specifications.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Must have UAE Driving License.

• Candidates available in the UAE will be preferred.
