تشارتروورث تعمل بشراكة مع شركة رائدة في تكنولوجيا الفعاليات الدولية، وتقدم حلول شاملة وكاملة الخدمات عبر قطاع تكنولوجيا الترفيه وتدعم محفظة متنوعة من الأسواق المحلية والدولية. عميلنا يبحث عن تعيين مهندس بنية تحتية وتكنولوجيا Senior لينضم إلى فريق الشرق الأوسط لديهم.
حول الدور
سيكون مهندس البنية التحتية والتكنولوجيا Senior مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على وتقديم الدعم وتحسين بيئة التكنولوجيا عبر المنطقة بشكل مستمر. سيقدم الخبرة العملية عبر البنية التحتية، الشبكات، Microsoft 365، Windows Server، الأمن السيبراني، تطبيقات الأعمال وتقنية المستخدم النهائي، وكذلك ضمان وجود خدمات IT موثوقة وآمنة ومرنة أثناء تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الثاني والثالث للموظفين وأصحاب المصلحة الكبار.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيقدم الدور مشاريع تكنولوجية محلية وإقليمية، ويحدد فرص للأتمتة وتحسين العمليات، ويقيِّم التقنيات الناشئة مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي وMicrosoft Copilot. سيتولى المهندس أيضاً التنسيق مع البائعين المحليين والدوليين، ونقل المفاهيم التقنية بفعالية إلى جمهور تقني وغير تقني، وإدارة الأولويات المتعارضة في بيئة سريعة الإيقاع.

سيكون المرشح المثالي لديه خبرة 5+ سنوات في دور بنية تحتية رفيع المستوى، نظم أو عمليات تكنولوجية، مع معرفة قوية بـ Microsoft 365، Windows Server، شبكات مؤسسية، تقنيات السحابة، Active Directory و Entra ID. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح سجل حافل في تنفيذ مشاريع بنية تحتية، استكشاف مشكلات معقدة وتقديم دعم ممتاز للأطراف المعنية، مع مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على إدارة أولويات متعارضة. ستكون الخبرة في الأمن السيبراني، وتكنولوجيا AV، والأتمتة، وأدوات AI، وITIL أو Cisco ميزة إضافية.

Charterhouse are working in partnership with a leading international event technology company, providing comprehensive, full-service solutions across the entertainment technology sector and supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international markets. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Infrastructure and Technology Engineer to join their Middle East team.
About the Role
The Senior Infrastructure & Technology Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and continuously improving the technology environment across the region. The role will provide hands-on expertise across infrastructure, networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cybersecurity, business applications and end-user computing, as well as ensuring reliable, secure and resilient IT services while delivering 2nd and 3rd line technical support to employees and senior stakeholders.
In addition, the role will deliver local and regional technology projects, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, and evaluate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Microsoft Copilot. The Engineer will also coordinate with local and international vendors, communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a senior infrastructure, systems or technology operations role, with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, enterprise networking, cloud technologies, Active Directory and Entra ID. The candidate should have a proven track record delivering infrastructure projects, troubleshooting complex issues and providing excellent support to stakeholders, with strong communication and the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience with cybersecurity, AV technologies, automation, AI tools, ITIL or Cisco would be advantageous.
