The Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Circular Economy Manager to lead circular economy initiatives, coordinate sustainability programs, and support resource efficiency and waste reduction across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a sustainability, ESG, environmental management, supply chain, or operations professional looking to take on a broader leadership role in an international and fully remote working environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement circular economy strategies aligned with business and sustainability objectives. Lead initiatives focused on waste reduction, resource recovery, recycling, and material reuse. Work closely with Sustainability, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Product, Finance, and Compliance teams. Identify opportunities to improve product lifecycle management and resource efficiency. Coordinate circular economy projects across multiple business functions. Monitor sustainability performance, resource utilization, and circular economy KPIs. Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and cost savings. Support supplier engagement and sustainable sourcing initiatives. Maintain sustainability documentation, reports, and project records. Prepare performance reports and recommendations for management. Support compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements where applicable. Promote awareness of circular economy principles across the organization. Drive continuous improvement across sustainability and operational processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support environmental goals. Stay informed about circular economy trends, ESG frameworks, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience in sustainability, circular economy, ESG, environmental management, supply chain, or a related role. Good understanding of circular economy principles and sustainable business practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good organizational and project coordination abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Experience with sustainability reporting, environmental data analysis, or ESG initiatives is an advantage. Familiarity with GHG Protocol, ISO 14001, life cycle assessment (LCA), or related sustainability frameworks is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
