Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance role is a part-time, remote position supporting the club’s initiatives and operations. The associate will assist in developing and maintaining quality standards for MGMT Club projects, events, and internal processes. Daily tasks may include reviewing workflows and documentation, monitoring compliance with established procedures, and identifying areas for improvement. The role also involves supporting quality audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to implement corrective and preventive actions. The Associate Quality Assurance will work closely with coordinators and committee leads to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality outcomes across all activities. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to support consistent standards and reliable processes. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management and Quality Auditing to help design, review, and improve operational frameworks. Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similar structured quality systems, and be able to apply relevant principles to organizational activities. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Effective written and verbal communication skills in en_US; familiarity with Arabic is an advantage but not required. Interest in management, HR, or leadership fields; prior experience in student organizations or project coordination is a plus.
