Your Role As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will:Lead and manage BIM coordination activities for large-scale MEP projects. Oversee model updates, clash detection, and coordination between design and site teams. Implement and monitor BIM workflows using Revit and Navisworks, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. Manage BIM deliverables and model integrity in line with the overall programme schedule. Support site teams by resolving coordination issues and maintaining up-to-date as-built models. Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and design departments to ensure seamless information flow across all project stages.
What We’re Looking For Experience: 8–10 years of BIM coordination experience within large-scale MEP projects. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and clash detection workflows. Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination principles, and BIM standards. Ability to manage federated models, resolve conflicts, and maintain project documentation efficiently. Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of working effectively with both design and site execution teams. Delivery Focus: Proven track record in managing BIM deliverables and meeting programme requirements under tight deadlines.
