REDLINE24 is a newly launched creative production company in the UAE, working across printing, custom packaging, branding, signage, photography, video and content production.

We’re building the business from the ground up and are looking for a Business Development Partner who genuinely wants to grow with us.

More than sales experience, we care about the person.

We’re looking for someone genuine, trustworthy and motivated. Someone who communicates well, keeps their word, treats clients properly and is comfortable approaching businesses and starting conversations.

You don’t need 10 years of sales experience. If you understand people, can build relationships and are willing to put in the effort, we’d like to hear from you.

Important: This is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary at this stage.

Your focus will be finding new business opportunities, approaching potential clients, arranging meetings and building long-term relationships.

You’ll have support from REDLINE24 with quotations, presentations, designs, samples, production and client requirements.

Experience or connections in F&B, hospitality, retail, printing, packaging, advertising or creative services would be an advantage, but attitude matters more to us.

We’re looking for someone we can trust and build with, not simply someone who can sell.
