Manage and supervise electrical installation and infrastructure works for ADNOC, RTA, and DEWA-related projects in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Coordinate with ADNOC, DEWA, RTA, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other authorities for project approvals, inspections, NOCs, permits, and technical requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and surveys to verify existing electrical infrastructure, site conditions, cable routes, utilities, and project requirements.
Supervise LV and HV electrical works, including cable laying, cable shifting, cable termination, jointing, testing, trenching, ducting, earthing, and installation of electrical equipment.
Coordinate electrical infrastructure works for substations, LV/HV networks, distribution systems, and electrical equipment shifting or relocation.
Prepare and review BOQs, material take-offs, estimates, technical submittals, and procurement requirements based on project specifications and site conditions.
Monitor daily site activities, manpower, equipment, material utilization, productivity, and overall project progress to ensure work is completed as per the approved schedule.
Review approved drawings, specifications, contracts, scope of work, and subcontract agreements and coordinate with the estimation and commercial teams regarding project costs and variations.
Coordinate with planning teams to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, project trackers, manpower reports, and material status reports.
Coordinate with consultants and client representatives for RFI submissions, inspections, approvals, testing, commissioning, and certification of completed works.
Prepare, review, and submit as-built drawings and electrical documentation for completed works in coordination with the design and drafting teams.
Coordinate electrical testing and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, authority requirements, and project specifications.
Monitor project costs, identify potential delays and additional works, and coordinate with the commercial team for variations, claims, and cost-control measures.
Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of electrical materials and equipment to prevent site delays and maintain project schedules.
Liaise with authorities for DEWA NOCs and approvals, RTA NOCs and permits, and ADNOC project requirements and approvals as applicable.
Ensure all electrical works comply with UAE regulations, DEWA requirements, RTA standards, ADNOC specifications, HSE requirements, and approved project standards.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other disciplines to resolve site interface issues and avoid clashes or delays.
Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve technical issues, work-front constraints, manpower requirements, and project delays.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including drawings, inspection requests, material approvals, method statements, test reports, NOCs, permits, invoices, payment certificates, and handover documents.
Assist in preparation and submission of monthly progress invoices based on certified quantities and completed works.
Follow up with clients and consultants for work certification, payment certificates, approvals, and project close-out documentation.
Ensure proper project handover, including as-built drawings, test certificates, O&M documentation, inspection records, and authority approvals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of relevant experience in electrical infrastructure, construction.
Proven project experience with ADNOC, RTA, and DEWA projects.
Strong knowledge of LV/HV electrical systems, electrical infrastructure, cable works, substations, testing & commissioning, and utility projects.
Strong understanding of ADNOC, DEWA, and RTA standards, procedures, NOCs, permits, and authority approval processes.
Experience in site supervision, project coordination, subcontractor management, material procurement, estimation, and project documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of ETAP/DIALux is an advantage.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
Strong skills in RFI preparation, inspection coordination, progress reporting, as-built documentation, and project handover.
Good knowledge of HSE requirements and quality control procedures.
Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
UAE driving license preferred.
Candidates with ADNOC/DEWA/RTA approvals or authority experience will be highly preferred.
