We are looking for an engineering graduate with prior experience working in an IT consulting, technology, or software services environment to join our team as an AI Project Coordinator.

This role is ideal for someone who has already been exposed to running IT projects, coordinating technical teams, working with clients, and delivering technology solutions, and who also has a strong interest or practical background in AI, automation, data, or emerging technologies.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable enough to understand what engineers and technical teams are discussing, ask the right questions, and translate technical work into clear business updates for clients.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate IT and AI projects from planning through delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and client stakeholders to keep projects moving
• Track project progress and identify risks, blockers, and dependencies before they become major issues
• Facilitate meetings and ensure decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines are clearly documented and followed up
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business/client stakeholders
• Translate technical discussions into clear, practical updates that business leaders and clients can understand
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action items, and project management systems
• Support resource planning across multiple concurrent projects
• Communicate directly with clients and help ensure expectations, requirements, and deliverables remain aligned
• Contribute to improving project delivery processes, documentation, and internal playbooks
• Stay current with AI tools, automation, data technologies, and developments relevant to our client projects

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Previous experience working in an IT consulting firm, technology company, software services company, or similar environment
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing IT/technology projects
• Experience working with engineers, developers, technical consultants, or other technical teams
• Strong understanding of how IT projects are planned, executed, tracked, and delivered
• Strong AI background or hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, automation, data, or AI-related projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence communicating directly with clients and business stakeholders
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Important

You do not need to be highly technical or an AI engineer.

We are looking for someone who has strong technical exposure and project experience, understands how technology projects work, and can confidently coordinate between technical teams and clients.

The ideal candidate can sit in a conversation with engineers, understand the key points, identify what needs to happen next, and then communicate the project status clearly to a client or executive.

Strongly Preferred

• Previous experience in IT consulting or technology consulting
• Experience running or coordinating multiple IT projects
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients
• Previous exposure to AI implementation, AI consulting, automation, data analytics, or AI-powered solutions
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms
• Experience translating business requirements into technical project requirements
• Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
• Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment
