Role Description We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager / Supply Chain Operations Manager / Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain, logistics network, and operational workflows. In this mid-to-senior level role, you will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or Operations Director and collaborate closely with Procurement, Warehouse Operations, Demand Planning, Finance, Sales, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain efficiency, controlling freight and inventory costs, ensuring on-time fulfillment, and establishing robust operational workflows. Responsibilities include managing international and domestic logistics operations, overseeing warehouse storage and distribution strategies, negotiating freight and carrier agreements, optimizing inventory turnover, and leading continuous process improvements. Success in this position requires strong leadership, advanced supply chain analytics skills, proficiency in ERP and WMS platforms, deep knowledge of customs and trade compliance, and the ability to build a resilient, scalable supply chain network. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD) are highly desirable. Supply Chain & Logistics Leadership: 5+ years of progressive experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, freight logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks. Inventory Optimization & Planning: Proven track record in demand forecasting, inventory turnover management, safety stock modeling, and cycle count governance across multi-site warehouses. Freight & 3PL Management: Hands-on experience negotiating freight contracts, managing 3PL performance SLAs, and optimizing multi-modal logistics (ocean, air, and ground transport). Customs, Trade & Regulatory Compliance: In-depth understanding of international trade compliance, customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, incoterms, and tariff classifications. ERP, WMS & Analytics Software: Advanced proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Net Suite, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for real-time inventory and shipment tracking. Spreadsheet Proficiency & Cost Analytics: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, scenario modeling) to analyze total cost of ownership (TCO), freight spend variances, and KPI dashboards. Process Improvement & Lean Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies to streamline logistics, reduce lead times, and eliminate operational waste. Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to lead internal operations teams and maintain strong strategic partnerships with carriers and suppliers.
