Position: Planning Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 8000 – 10000 per month

Company Description Linea Projects is a construction and project management firm that combines engineering rigor with practical, on-site execution in Dubai’s dynamic construction sector. The company builds projects for their full lifecycle, focusing on quality, discipline, and long-term performance rather than short-term milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience is mandatory in construction planning and progress management.
• Main contracting experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare and update baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against planned targets and highlight delays/risks.
• Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement and site teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, EOT/claims support and progress reporting.
